Privacy Policy

Introduction

AiAgeFilter ("we", "us") operates aiagefilter.net, an AI photo aging tool and gallery. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and — most importantly for face photos — how quickly we delete it. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

• Account data. When you create an account: email address, name, and authentication identifiers (including Google OAuth identifiers if you sign in with Google).
• Age Filter photos. Photos you upload to the AI Age Filter tool, plus the aging preview we generate from them.
• General generation data. If you use the general image generation tools, the prompts you submit and images you generate (see "Retention by product" below).
• Usage data. Credit balances and transaction records, and basic technical logs (IP address, timestamps) required to operate the service securely.

Face Data and Biometric Privacy

Photos you upload to the AI Age Filter tool contain facial images, which we treat as sensitive data:

• Purpose limitation. Your photo is processed for one purpose only: the aging simulation you requested. We do not use your photos to identify you, to build biometric templates, or for any other purpose.
• Consent. You must tick an explicit consent checkbox before submitting a photo. Nothing runs without it.
• No training, no sale. We never sell your photos and never use them to train AI models.
• No public sharing. Age Filter photos and results are private to your account. We do not add them to the public gallery.

24-Hour Auto-Deletion (AI Age Filter)

For AI Age Filter files in our storage, cleanup starts 23 hours after upload, with automatic retries when deletion fails. Access to the input and result ends 24 hours after upload, even if physical deletion is still retrying. The cleanup record remains until our storage confirms deletion. Downloaded copies on your device are outside this process.

This deadline covers our application-controlled storage. It does not prove deletion from every external AI processor, backup, or copy created by a recipient. The workflow retains task metadata briefly; raw photo bytes are not stored in workflow step results.

Retention by Product

• AI Age Filter tool: access ends after 24 hours; storage cleanup starts at hour 23 and retries failures (see above).
• General image generation tools: generated images and uploaded reference files are kept until you delete them (via Settings → Files or generation history), or until you delete your account.
• Account data: kept while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your personal data as described in "Your Rights".

Third-Party AI Processors

Generation requires an external AI inference service to receive your consented photo. The first-release default is EvoLink, using the official Nano Banana 2 channel; other configurable providers include fal.ai, API Mart, and KIE.ai. The active provider processes the reference to generate the result. We use short-lived access to our private storage rather than EvoLink's separate file-hosting service.

Cloudflare supplies hosting, database and storage. The configured email provider processes transactional messages. Each external service has its own processing, retention and transfer terms. Our storage cleanup controls do not establish those external terms; we do not represent an unverified processor agreement, training restriction, or deletion period as confirmed.

Content Moderation

To enforce the content standards in our Terms of Service, we process prompts, generation metadata (tool, timestamps, result status) and — where a violation is suspected or reported — the related content, for safety screening and review. Generation requests pass automated screening and the upstream provider's safety filters; flagged or reported items may be reviewed by our team. Moderation data is kept only as long as necessary for enforcement and legal compliance. Private Age Filter photos remain private to your account and are never used for public sharing, advertising or model training.

International Processing

External infrastructure may process service data in different jurisdictions. Review the applicable provider terms before uploading sensitive data. Specific contractual safeguards must be confirmed by the site operator; this policy does not assert that a particular agreement has been signed.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA under the GDPR, and Illinois under BIPA), you have rights to access, correct and delete your personal data. You can exercise most of these rights yourself:

• Delete your account: Settings → account deletion removes your account and associated personal data.
• Delete specific files: Settings → Files for general-tool uploads. Age Filter access ends after 24 hours and storage cleanup retries automatically.
• Access / other requests: contact us via the contact form or at support@aiagefilter.net and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18. You must be 18 or older to use it, and you must not upload photos of minors or of any person who has not consented.

Security

Files are stored in private cloud storage with access controls; access to private files requires authenticated ownership. Production image processing requires encrypted transport (HTTPS). Short-lived bearer links allow the selected AI processor to retrieve the consented reference during generation. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we design for minimal retention precisely to limit exposure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by updating the date below. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
