Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to AiAgeFilter. These terms govern your use of aiagefilter.net, including the AI Age Filter tool, the general image generation tools, and the gallery. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Eligibility: 18+ Only

The service is strictly for users aged 18 or older. You must not upload photos of minors (anyone under 18) under any circumstances, and you must not upload photos of any other person without their consent. Accounts found violating this rule will be terminated immediately.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload photos of minors, or of anyone who has not agreed to be photographed and processed;
Upload images for the purpose of harassing, defaming, impersonating or deceiving anyone;
Use generated images to spread misinformation (for example, presenting an AI-aged photo as real evidence);
Attempt to bypass age-verification systems of any third-party platform using this service;
Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service, or resell access without permission.

Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

The service generates images from your prompts and reference photos. You must not use the service to create any of the following categories of content. Requests matching these categories are blocked, and confirmed violations are handled under "Enforcement".

Pornography / NSFW content. Sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, including sexual nudity, sexual acts, or fetish content, regardless of the apparent age of any depicted person.
Violence / gore. Graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, or content that glorifies, incites or instructs physical harm against people or animals.
Hate speech. Content that attacks, demeans, dehumanizes or incites hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic.
Child safety (CSAM). Any sexualized, violent or exploitative content involving minors. This category has zero tolerance: the service is 18+ only, photos of minors are never allowed, and suspected child sexual exploitation material is reported to the relevant authorities and child-protection hotlines.
Deepfakes / impersonation. Content that makes a real, identifiable person appear to say or do something they did not, or that impersonates a real person, brand or institution in order to deceive. Aging a real person's photo requires that person's consent, and results must not be presented as real evidence (see "Entertainment Only").
Copyright / trademark infringement. Reproducing copyrighted works, trademarks or other protected material you do not have the rights to, or uploading reference photos you are not entitled to use.

The following are also strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement: propaganda for terrorism or violent extremism, instructions for building weapons capable of mass destruction, incitement to genocide or ethnic hatred, mass-produced spam or scam imagery, and prompts designed to bypass the safety systems described under "Content Moderation".

Enforcement

Violations may be detected through automated screening, provider safety systems, user reports or periodic sampling. Depending on severity and history, we may:

Block the request and refuse to generate the content;
Issue a written warning and require the violating behavior to stop;
Suspend the account temporarily pending review;
Terminate the account permanently for serious or repeated violations; and
Report to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations where content appears to be illegal. Child safety violations are always escalated.

User Reporting

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these terms — including child safety concerns, deepfakes impersonating you, or copyright infringement — report it to us:

Reports involving child safety or apparent illegality are treated as urgent and escalated immediately; other reports are reviewed within 3 business days. We keep reporter identities confidential, review every report independently and objectively, and may act against reports we find to be malicious or knowingly false.

Content Moderation

The service applies layered moderation before, during and after generation:

Automated input screening. Prompts are screened by keyword, semantic and intent analysis before a generation request is issued.
Provider safety filters. The upstream AI provider operates its own content safety systems on generation requests and outputs.
Human review. Flagged content and user reports are reviewed by our team before any enforcement decision.
Periodic sampling. We periodically sample prompts and generation metadata to evaluate and improve detection accuracy.

Staff do not browse your private Age Filter photos; review is based on prompts, metadata and reported content, except where investigating a specific confirmed report or complying with a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Entertainment Only — No Predictions

Aging simulations produced by the service are AI-generated artistic simulations for entertainment purposes only. They are not predictions, medical assessments, forensic analyses, or representations of any person's actual future appearance. Do not rely on them for any decision.

AI-Generated Content

Results are AI-generated. Where you download a result, an AI-generated label is applied to the display and downloaded copy and should be retained, consistent with transparency norms for synthetic media. You own the results you generate for personal use, subject to these terms.

Credits and Payments

The service uses a credit system. Free starter credits are granted at registration and never expire. Purchased credit packages are governed by the applicable payment provider's terms; purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the service failed (failed generations are automatically credited back).

Photos and Data

Your uploaded photos and generated results are handled per our Privacy Policy. In particular, AI Age Filter access ends 24 hours after upload. Storage cleanup starts at hour 23, and failed deletions remain queued for retry. These controls cover our storage, not every external processor or downloaded copy.

Intellectual Property

The site's code, design, branding and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to the photos you upload; you grant us a limited, revocable license to process them solely to provide the service.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
